Methods : PICC catheter was inserted to superior vena cava through uninjured side basilic vein or median cubital vein for receving chemotherapy .

方法：经患者健侧上肢贵要静脉、肘正中静脉将PICC导管置入上腔静脉进行化疗。

There were 69 cases in the A group , the injection points included cephalic vein , basilic vein , median cubital vein and the external jugular vein .

A组69例次，穿刺点为上臂的头静脉、贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、颈外静脉；

Results Among 41 preterm infants , 30 cases were inserted PICC via the right upper limb and 11 cases via the left upper limb , the success rate of placement via right median cubital vein was 43.9 % .

结果经右上肢静脉穿刺30例，左上肢静脉穿刺11例，右肘正中静脉穿刺成功率最高（43.9%）。
